Choosing a gown for your maternity session can be challenging. But no worries, I have a client closet for you to choose from if you choose not to get your own! My client closet is growing, here are a few you can choose from if you decide to use my gowns, robes, and accessories.
When's the best time to book a maternity session?
I typically prefer to have you in the studio between 26 weeks and 34 weeks ( 7 or 8 months). You want your bump to be fully showing, nice, and round but don't want to be too close to your due date that you are uncomfortable, or risk delivering before you make it to your session!
How many pictures will we receive?
Every portrait session is different. Depending on which session you choose you will receive X amount of digital images with the option to purchase more!
When's the best time to have a session with a newborn?
I typically prefer to have your baby in the studio 1 - 4 weeks after the baby is born for Newborn portraits.
Do you provide props?
I do provide all props for newborn and cake smash sessions, but you are more than welcome to bring your own props to incorporate into your session. Please reach out to me before booking to discuss incorporating your items.
Do you charge extra for newborn twins?
There's no way I would charge extra for twins. However, I do add an extra hour to your session to ensure I get both babies photographed!
Do you provide props for senior or grad sessions?
I provide a limited amount of props for seniors and grads for that year. Take a look at my portfolio for reference.

Can I bring additional guest?
I do ask that you please refrain from inviting any guests. 2 adults max and if children are not being photographed please make arrangements. I try to keep noise to a minimum during your newborn session. Also, my studio is home-based and space is limited.
How should we dress for our family session?
When you book your session I will send you a style guide. I also have a client closet for you to choose from.
Do you provide gowns for maternity sessions?
I provide a limited amount of gowns, robes, and body suits.
Can we get sibling & parent pictures during our newborn session?
Of course, however, I do ask that you bring only siblings when it is time for their photos I know that during an hour-long session or even longer it can be a lot for a toddler or even older children to sit quietly and wait during a lengthy session.
Do you provide the cake for cake smash sessions?
I have a local baker who makes 6-inch cakes according to the cake smash theme.
If your little one has allergies I will not provide a cake.
What's your session availability?
I keep my schedule up to date but if you're needing a specific date that is not available on my booking page please reach out. I might have a last-minute cancelation.
